Slide gate valve specially for flue gas

We have finished the customization of the 3600 * 3640 heavy hammer slide gate valve for Germany client. 

From material selection to assembly and inspection, the quality of each procedure is strictly controlled. This batch of gate valves are used for flue gas.

Technical description of heavy hammer gate valve

1. Valve control mode: field control and remote control

2. In case of power failure in emergency state, the valve is opened automatically by heavy hammer (counterweight)

3. Valve control mode: winch

4. Working time: 10-20s

5. Valve sealing form: airtight seal, high pressure (0.1MPa) gas is injected from the outer end to form an air tight channel between the valve plate and the door frame to achieve sealing. The Demander shall be equipped with fans.

Gas supply basis: the gap between the valve plate and both sides of the valve body is 2mm, and then multiply by the length of sealing, so as to calculate the area of air outlet. The air outlet area is 2400 * 3300 (0.036 m2), 3200 * 4260 (0.04688 m2) and 2600 * 2840 (0.03312 m2). As we need to maintain the pressure of 0.1MPa, we need the fan parameters: flow rate 120-180m3 / h, pressure 0.11mpa

6. Anti corrosion measures: our company adopts high temperature resistant anti-corrosion paint for coating.

7. Drainage measures: the water is pumped from the original chimney drainage well, and no additional drainage device is required
