The workshop covers an area of 3600 square meters, with a height of 14 meters. It has a history of 12 years. For the machining of small valves, there are 9 general lathes and 4 numerical control lathes. These numerical control lathes are the numerical control cak6136 and 6150 of Shenyang No.1 Machine Tool Factory. All of them are high configuration famake systems, which can carry out 2um fine machining of products. We use numerical control machine tools to process, and the layout is U-shaped. We implement the stable and unified quality control by one person, minimize the use of people, and reduce the error.
