Exhaust Gas Smoke Louver Ventilation Butterfly Valve is also called square damper. It is mainly used in flue gas duct of thermal power plant as cut-off medium. High working temperature: less than or equal to 420 ℃, high working pressure: 2000mmh2o.

There are five types of single shaft, double shaft, three axis, four axis and five axis, and 66 product specifications are 300 * 400-2400 * 2000.

The position of Exhaust Gas Smoke Louver Ventilation Butterfly Valve can be arranged horizontally or vertically. The protruding part of the air door shell and the bearing journal of the front bearing of the main shaft of the square air door are used for installing the drum box. The damper and square air door are equipped with retaining nails to ensure that the baffle is fully opened.

The damper itself does not have any transmission device, which can be selected as required. For the type and specification of the transmission device, see the "transmission device" part of the manual.

The transmission torque of the damper drive is divided into 8 kg / M and 30 kg / m. Valve shaft 17 * 17 mm and worm gear box shaft 22 mm are equipped with 8 kg / M torque transmission device. The throttle shaft 32 * 32 mm and worm gear box shaft 32 mm are equipped with 30 kg / M torque transmission device.
