Fan Shaped Gear Type Google Carbon Steel Valve
The fan shaped gear google valve is produced by Tianjin Tanggu Jinbin Valve Co., Ltd consists of left valve body, middle valve body, right valve body, sector blind plate, screw nut, stainless steel compensator, two worm gear transmission mechanisms. The left and right valve bodies are clamped and loosened by rotating the connecting shaft with a wrench, and the position transformation of the blind hole plate and the through hole plate on the valve plate is used to achieve the purpose of opening and closing.
The worm gear google valve is connected into a whole through three screw rods, and the three valve bodies are respectively fixed on the base to form a rigid structure. The middle and the right valve body of google valve are connected by a stainless steel expansion pipe. The left and middle google valve bodies are respectively connected by three screw rods with left and right trapezoidal threads at both ends. When the three screw rods are rotated in the forward (or reverse) direction at the same time, the left and the two google valve bodies are compressed (or separated).
A blind plate is installed in the middle of the upper one of the three screw rods, and the blind plate rotates around the axis. The following two screw rods are equipped with blind plate positioning blocks on the same position. When the blind plate rotates, it can prevent the blind plate from drifting and avoid the seal ring abrasion. One of the screw rods is equipped with a worm gear transmission mechanism to realize loosening and clamping.
