The main body of the valve is welded structure. The disc is composed of several shutter plates which move around their respective rotating shafts. The shaft end is sealed with flexible graphite braided packing, which has the characteristics of high temperature resistance and self lubrication.
The working principle of the valve is that the output torque of the driving device is transmitted to each valve shaft through the connecting rod mechanism, and the rotation of each valve shaft drives the rotation of their respective shutters to change the cross-sectional area of the pipeline, so as to achieve the function of cutting off the medium in a large area, reducing the medium pressure or regulating the medium flow, and the adjustment angle is 0-90 °.
It has the advantages of simple structure, small flow resistance, light weight, flexible rotation, long service life and convenient operation and maintenance.
