This worm gear butterfly valve has short structure size, small size, light weight and light operation. The 24 inch butterfly valve adopts a triple eccentric structure, which has the function of closing and tightening when closed. The butterfly plate can bear pressure in both directions, with excellent sealing performance and zero leakage. After opening, the sealing surface is completely out of contact and protects the sealing surface from damage. The body valve seat structure is adopted, which reduces the direct contact of the valve seat with the medium, thereby reducing the degree of erosion of the valve seat and extending the service life of the valve seat.

The double way sealing butterfly valve have float seat, there have O ring between float seat and valve body, it can be used for double side direction of the medium in pipeline. The bi-directional triple eccentric butterfly valve body seat ring is surfacing of stainless steel Cr13 or 2205,hard and wear resistant, long life service. When the medium is chemical, then the seal ring on the disc can choosed PTFE material, which is possible to used in corrosive medium,stable performance.
