The double Flap Valve valve adopts steel plate welding structure, connecting rod, crank transmission mechanism and automatic reset mechanism, with compact structure, stable and reliable operation.

The working principle of the Double Flap valve: the reducer drives the transmission rod to rotate the upper and lower transmission shafts respectively through the crank, cam and connecting rod, and opens interactively. Through the equipped lever system or stretching spring, the valve plate can be reliably reset to prevent the wind from blowing in, and the feeding and unloading of the system can be completed according to the determined opening and closing frequency

The double flap valve is used as the discharge device of ash hopper of all kinds of equipment and the feeding and discharging device of various equipment such as mills, dryers and silos. The main driving forces are heavy hammer, electric drive and push rod. The valve plate of the flap valve opens automatically under the action of material gravity. After the material falls, the counterweight lever system makes the valve plate reset automatically to prevent the wild wind from blowing in, thus completing the material transportation. There are mainly single and double door flap valves. The double-layer flap valve mainly uses the opening and closing of the upper and lower valves at different times to make a layer of valve plate in the middle of the equipment in a closed and isolated state to prevent air channeling.

1. Use feeler gauge to measure the average clearance of each point ≤ 0.12mm.


2. Adjust the thickness of part No. 13 to ensure the axial fit of the shaft.


3. According to the required pressure of valve plate, adjust the distance of iron distribution on the crank to achieve accurate opening and closing without jamming.


4. After the valve assembly is qualified, rivet the thread of Part 20 to prevent loosening.


5. The non machined surface shall be coated with anti rust primer twice, and then the top coat (gray paint) shall be sprayed twice.
