Knife Gate Valve

The air sealed knife gate valve is a fully closed pneumatic flat knife gate valve. The double acting straight stroke cylinder is used to directly drive the gate plate translation to realize the valve opening and closing.

When the gate moves in the middle chamber, it is supported by the two-way valve seat when it moves towards the opening direction in the closed state; after a certain travel of translation, both radial sides of the gate are supported by the guide grooves of the valve body

The heavy duty knife gate valve is designed with lubricating joint, the valve seal is damaged and the inner cavity is blocked. The valve body is easy to replace, seal or clean, and the pipeline under the valve is easy to disassemble and disassemble.
